Currency:

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Australian Dollars.

New Zealand customers, please click here.

Other countries: If you'd like a firm quotation in another currency, no problem: simply contact sales@proscan.com.au or email us your Wishlist.

 

Shipping:

Our freight prices include insurance.

Goods are normally shipped via Star-Track Express, DHL or TNT and require a signature on delivery.  Therefore we cannot deliver to a PO Box.

 

Stock availability:

Items marked as 'In Stock' are usually despatched within 1 working day.

Stock levels published on the web site are updated hourly from our accounting software.

Should we run out of stock between the time you've started your order and the time we've received your payment (unlikely but possible), we would immediately contact you to give you the option of:

- cancelling your order and obtaining a full refund (see below for more details on refunds).

- waiting for the stock if delivery is imminent.

 

We reserve ourselves the right to decline an order. If payment had already been received, an immediate refund would take place (see below for more details on refunds).
