Refunds
If you paid by credit card, we'll refund the same credit card.
If you paid by cheque or EFT, we'll refund you by cheque or EFT.
Please note that the refund can only be made once we have confirmed that your payment has cleared. For example, if you paid by direct deposit, we'll have to wait for the cleared funds to appear on our account prior to sending a refund.
