Proscan is the Official Distributor for Silverfast in Australia and New Zealand

if you buy Silverfast Ai or Studio on-line from the Silverfast.com web site, you will only receive the online download, not the targets, media, quick-start guide or phone support. 

Proscan Australia & NZ only supports products bought from the http://www.proscan.com.au/ web site or from authorised resellers of Proscan Australia and Proscan NZ.

 Customers purchasing Silverfast Ai or Studio version from Proscan Australia and NZ will receive:

• Silverfast software on CD.
• IT8 colour calibration target(s) which will enable you to automatically calibrate your scanner to ensure a more accurate colour reproduction. 
• Quick-start guide.
• Optional: printed Silverfast 6 manual (good as a reference guide) or Sybex Official Silverfast Guide (very good). 
• Phone support within Australia and New Zealand.

You can even download a trial version of Silverfast and this will give you an idea of how powerful this software really is.  However, the colour accuracy probably won't be as good in the trial version because it's missing the colour calibration target(s).
