My Scanner is constantly Jamming and double feeding documents?

The 'Pick Pads' and 'Feed Rollers' on all scanners are designed to wear with use and will require periodic replacement. When your scanner begins to double-feed or jam, the second thing to check (after cleanliness) is the state of the Pad and Roller. If they are worn, you will have feed problems with your scanner. You can purchase pads and rollers directly from Proscan Australia by sending an order to sales@proscan.com.au quoting scanner model and serial number.
