The AV220C2+ is a duplex scanner capable of scanning up to 50 sheets per batch operation at a fast and reliable 40 ppm or 80 ipm. Utilizing professional CCD optical scanning technology at 600 dpi resolution, the av220c2+ produces high quality images every time. Paper handling is also a breeze thanks to the ultrasonic sensor technology which detects multi-feeds and the option of scanning ID cards up to 1.25mm thick using the front feeder tray. As with all Avision scanners, the Av220c2+ comes with Avision's Button Manager software that can pre-confirgure various scan settings to simplify the complicated tasks and increase your work efficiency with just the press of the scan button.

How do I do a duplex scan with Button Manager?

Right click on the desired button you would like to preform the duplex function,button propeties is now displayed,select Edit located below the "choose your configuration drop down box", You will now see a check box for duplex.To set Duplex scanning you simply tick the box.

How do i set up continuous scan mode in Button Manager?

Right Click one of the buttons(1-9).

Button properties is now displayed,click the menu Tab and check the box labelled "Continous Scan Mode"click apply to save settings.Use this mode if you wish to scan a large batch of documents and want to save in one single file.
I have upgraded my computer to Windows XP SP3 or Vista and my old drivers and software won't install. Depending on your scanner model you will need to download the latest drivers and applications from our website.Please note if you use Avscan you will need to upgrade to Avscan 4.3,This is available for download on our website.
My Scanner is constantly Jamming and double feeding documents?

The 'Pick Pads' and 'Feed Rollers' on all scanners are designed to wear with use and will require periodic replacement. When your scanner begins to double-feed or jam, the second thing to check (after cleanliness) is the state of the Pad and Roller. If they are worn, you will have feed problems with your scanner.You can purchase pads and rollers directly from Proscan Australia by sending an order to sales@proscan.com.au quoting scanner model and serial number.

My scanner is supplied with a number of software packages,which is the best one to use? Depending our your scanner model ,a number of scanning utilities are shipped in the box.You may only need to install the Twain driver supplied or you may wish to install all the utilities supplied.A brief description of some of our software and their uses can be found in the attached document.
